Subscriptions and Refunds

Stoqt operates on a subscription basis. All payments are handled securely through our payment processor, Paddle.

You can request a refund for any reason. We offer a 30-day refund window for new subscriptions. Maybe Stoqt doesn't meet your initial expectations; maybe you subscribed by mistake; maybe you used our inventory management app for some time but just didn't like it. It doesn't matter.

Stoqt will, upon request via support.stoqt.app, issue a refund for any reason, if the request is made within the required return period (no more than 30 days after your pro subscription is activated for the first time).

After this period, all payments are non-refundable, as continued access to the service indicates satisfaction with the product.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access to the features of your current plan until the end of your billing period. No further charges will be made after that.
