Welcome to Stoqt! These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services ('Services'). By signing up, accessing, or using Stoqt, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
To access certain features of Stoqt, you must create an account:
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Stoqt offers one Starter subscription plan for now. The paid plans is billed on a monthly or yearly basis via our payment processor depending on which billing period you use: Monthly or Yearly.
- Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
- Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- If you are not satisfied with stoqt, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment.
- Refunds are only available once per customer and only for the first billing cycle.
- Refunds do not apply to future renewals or additional purchases.

Refunds: Except as required by law or as outlined in our refund policy, all payments are non-refundable.
Stoqt provides tools to collect, display, and manage customer reviews. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You may not:
- Use the Services to send spam, unsolicited emails, or messages.
- Interfere with the operation of Shopiwall or its infrastructure.
- Copy, modify, or redistribute the Services without written permission.
